I engaged Chadia Chalmers Realty (CCR) to look after my property after several years of increasing bad service from my previous property manager.  They were easy to get in touch with and responsive to my questions.  The transition to use CCR was smoother than I expected.  I worked with Martin and Chadia during this process, they are very professional and pleasant to deal with.  I highly recommend CCR for their property management.

UPDATE- After 2 years, I am still very happy with the professional service provided by CCR as a property owner.

We had a lot of problems with this company as renters however, not there fault... I understand that they could only do as much as the client was willing to do. There are nice to deal with, friendly and understood our problems. At the end of the day, they are a business and have to protect there interest, shame it ended the way it did!
