My husband and I have had AM Realty as property managers, looking after our beloved family home for almost 4 years now. In that time David and Anne-Marie have taken excellent care of both the property and our tenants. Any problems are resolved very quickly and we have nothing but praise for their, and their staff's professionalism. We feel very comfortable and secure in the knowledge that they are looking after us. I would recommend AM Reality without hesitation. We are 100% satisfied.

I have used AM Realty over the past 12 years as a tenant and more recently as an owner.  As a tenant with more than 4 years association with AM Realty I never had a problem.  They were *always* courteous, professional and if there were any maintenance issues it was handled in a timely manner.  Now, I am utilising their services as an owner and they are most accommodating.  My property is in Brisbane and I am still using their services which are based on the Gold Coast.  Why you might ask?  Well, simply because I trust them and it's as simple as that.  Inspections are done just as often as if they would be if my property was on the Gold Coast.  When you find someone whom you trust, why would you go elsewhere.  I cannot recommend Anne-Marie, her husband, David or their receptionists enough.  5 star!!!

I started my relationship with AM Realty in 2014 to manage the rental of our property on the Gold Coast. I have found dealing with David and Ann-Marie and all their staff very easy and quite pleasant due to their professionalism and excellent service. My tenants have always  been happy with the service they were getting from AM Realty. For me they provide peace of mind as I know that our property is in good hands. I highly recommend AM Realty for anyone who has a rental property that needs managing in their area of activity.

I have entrusted Anne-Marie to manage my properties for years and am absolutely delighted at their exceptional high  level of property management.  In the past 10 years, i have not had one incident whereby Anne-Marie has had difficulties with tenants in my 3 properties.  Primarily, this is due to the high level of screening of new tenants.  Equally, i can attest to the fact that if a tenant has an issue, Anne-Marie and her team have acted swiftly to contact me to gain permission to resolve it asap.  It goes both ways, if tenants do the right thing, Anne-Marie and the team will always look out for you.  However, if you don't, then it is their job to manage accordingly. That's the way life rolls.  And, if they didn't do their job then I wouldn't entrust them with my properties.  I want to commend Anne-Marie and David for making my life a breeze.  I have a good friend who has had a nightmare with another rental agent (a well-known one to boot) and believe me, if he hadn't sold his property he too was making enquiries as to whom i use.

a.m realty has been managing my property for the last 9 years. i highly recommended for their service. a.m realty has recommended us a very good tenant and as a result we have a good tenant with a good rental income from the property.
