I’ve been renting an apartment from this agency for two years now and could not be any happier! I have a long renting history and this is by far the best agency that we’ve dealt with. From the get-go, our documentation was processed very quickly and we got the response within 3 working days. Upon moving in, the apartment was very clean and all of the maintenance issues with locks were solved quickly. The condition report was very well done by the agent and described the condition of the property extensively and only needed minor adjustments. Throughout the 2 years stay at the apartment we've had several inspections and the staff was very professional. We had also some issues with neighbours from upstairs littering onto our balcony and the building manager from Meriton completely disregarded our complaints. However, the property manager from Shores Realty solved the issues quickly as well as checked in on us afterwards several times to make sure that littering has stopped. I would absolutely recommend renting through the Shores Realty. Everyone at the agency is highly professional, easy to deal with and will go out of their way to help with any enquiry.
