Based in Southport, our new agency, lead by Gold Coast identity Eddy Sarroff, boasts an extensive portfolio of properties, and is on the hunt to expand.

The Agencies Principle, Eddy Sarroff, is known to many on the Gold Coast as a dedicated and loyal former Gold Coast City Councillor. Whilst in Council Eddy represented Broadbeach and the surrounding suburbs as the Division 10 councillor, and was a vital part of developing the Gold Coast and his core division Broadbeach into an Australian hot spot. He was responsible for the introduction of many major Gold Coast events such as the Broadbeach Blues Festival, and spearheaded countless projects which laid the foundation for the rapid expansion seen on the Gold Coast in the last 10 years.

Whilst Eddy is best known for his achievements as one of the Gold Coast's longest serving Councillors, he has also been extensively involved in the Gold Coast property market. Privately, Eddy has been investing in properties on the Gold Coast for the past 27 years, he has a keen eye for residential and commercial properties, so real estate was a natural transition.

Whilst only resigning from Council a short time ago, Eddy has already sold a number of properties across the Gold Coast, and now forms his own real estate agency to combine his years of experience and knowledge of the Gold Coast to serve the community.
