I grew up here and still come back to visit my family. I have lived in a few places in this complex. They are all well looked after, neat and tidy places. Close to everything. The gardens, tennis court  and the pool are all very well maintained. Such a peaceful place to live.

Andrew Pollard and Francesca Pollard are scammers charge landlords for repairs that never actually happened or charge for repairs and are not completed to standard. They hire unit 11 Tim to do the tradeswork one repair he did was a sticky tape fix..nnI advise all landlords to not trust these people, view your property urgently and request photos of all repairs completed otherwise take these jokers to court.nnThink seriously about switching to a professional management company as these people are scamming you and the whole complex.

Note to all delivery drivers: the entrance to Sun Village is at the end of block, left before the set of lights.
