Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment I called to enquire about renting a property, the service from the team at Harcourts Innovations was friendly, thorough and incredibly efficient. bought a property here from them. The one sold me the property is very unprofessional. Almost 9 months now and still some of the critical problem with the property. The lady even said I cannot terminate the contract when I received unsatisfied report. For immigrants, open you eyes, they are taking advantages from you as they may think you are cash cows. 这家中介不靠谱.慎重考虑他们提供的信息.
