I recently purchased a home through Moran Realty and was looked after by one of their agents, Shane Mcinally. Shane was fantastic from the start of the process to the very end. He helped me communicate with the sellers promptly and clearly and maintained a great level of professionalism throughout the sale. Trust is extremely important when making large purchases and through Shane's high level of integrity, I felt I could trust the Realty and was therefore put at ease. Shane helped coordinate multiple inspections, including buildings and pest and subsequent builder/trade audits and on occasion had to wait on these people for extended periods (their time management needed some work!), however his patience was refreshing and helped again to manage the challenges that come with buying realestate. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Shane and the team at Moran Realty - an overall positive experience.

I engaged Moran Realty for several years to look after my rental property and found them to be very professional, very easy to deal with and the rental monies were always deposited on time, I was always informed of the condition of the property with every tenant inspection and the rental management team were excellent. I also eventually sold the property through Moran Realty and once again found them to be very professional and attentive during the sale of the property. In particular I found the Principal Martyn Moran very easy to communicate with and he was always helpful and forthcoming with anything I wanted to know. I would also like to commend Anthony Teo, the salesman who sold the property, for his professional approach and handling of the sale. He was always available for contact when needed...thanks to everyone at Moran Realty, I would highly recommend this agency if you have a property to rent or a property to sell. L.Harrell
