RUDE STAFF! I spent $80 in this store and they wouldn’t let me take a trolley full of stuff to my car without buying bags. The manager emptied my items and made me carry them all to my car. I will never come back. I even called ahead to ask them to put stuff aside and they didn’t. Staff at Southport are much nicer and more helpful.

I was served by Yusuf- hope that’s spelt correctly Today and his customer service I could not fault even though he was experiencing issues with his point of sale system. He was also able to ask a senior staff member to assist with the question I had. He’s a real value to the team and wish all customer service experiences were as good. Well done Yusuf.

Best place in the northern Gold Coast for budget buying. Plenty of parking. Extensive range across all needs. Every time I go there, I ask myself why I blindly go to the "biggies" and not make Choice my first port of call. Probably old age! Love it.
