Recently dealt with Agent Laura Williams to help secure a rental and she made the process an absolute breeze from start to finish.

Her communication and willingness to help allowed us to be approved for a rental in just 24 hrs!

I would highly recommend the service by Laura & the other McGrath estate agents!

McGrath's at Surfers Paradise have managed my rental property on the Gold Coast for about two years. The service has been truly outstanding with a recent tricky situation where the tenant left before the contract had expired (due to sudden ill health) being handled very professionally and without any loss of income. The agent managing our property,  Natasha Bercich, even managed to renew the lease with a rental increase! Natasha   went out of her way to keep me fully informed throughout. The management reports are always very detailed so that even though I live interstate I'm always up to date with every aspect of the property. Natasha looks after both the tenants and the landlord and is an outstanding communicator.  I highly recommend both McGrath's and Natasha.
