I had never rented out my property before and thought it was going to be a hard and stressful process. After going into Raine & Horne Ashmore and meeting the team, Sandy made all my worries go away and made the whole process a little too easy and stress free. Great tenants were found within a week. My property has been manage by Raine & Horne Ashmore for a year now and the communication between the tenants, the team and myself is of very high standard. I highly recommend them if your looking for a property manager.

I have found the team at Raine &Horne Ashmore to be totally professional. I purchased a property  through them and they do the property management. They are thorough in making sure the tenancy goes smoothly for both tenants and the landlord. Their property reports are detailed, on the ball for fixes and the financial aspects timely. 
I would have no hesitation in recommending them for both sales and management.

I have been very happy with the professionalism of the Raine & Horne Team for Property Management of one property & the quick sale of another!
The Team have managed our property and carried out all the necessary inspections to ensure that both the tenants and owners alike were looked after and kept well informed.
I can highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great team of professionals.
