Sellers BEWARE LJHooker have been dominate, in selling Highland Park for many years. 
Highland Park is a unique area, quiet, safe and situated on a hill that has wonderful views of the Gold Coast. Great amenities abound and via the M1 you are on the coast in no time. With all of the above facts to be true. Why does this self proclaimed leading real estate continue to monopolise the area and undersell each property they list? So with the prices being offered currently and listed by LJHooker In  the 11 plus  years since we bought,  this area has increased in value only $200k, l do not think so.!!! These agents undervalue the properties to sellers and tell buyers they will work to get the price down. Trust me we bought through Jane Doogan and this is exactly how she operated. I am an agent and l work to secure the highest price for my seller. Jane Doogan has failed in her duty of care to act on behalf of her seller. The Outlook estate is a premium area with properties that have luxury features, match this with views that will never be built out and within the Gold Coast region that is booming.
Sellers be warned, interview all agents before even thinking of listing and selling with LJHooker, as they have monopolised and devalued, (for their own opportunistic sales )this unique area for years.

what a terrible service to be honest ive had 4 agents in three months and get to contact them is such an issue my issues have not been solve a shower that i had to fix myself and kitchen that still doesnt work and a paying system that charges me rent twice a week and no one will actually give a hand i had to buy a separate cooktop because for 1 months now my cooktop doesnt work really dissapointed ...
