The parking space is too narrow. I can't even open my car door, and my neighbours don't care about parking within the lines. Even if they park correctly, the space is still narrow. If you or someone next to you has a big car, it's hard to avoid door dings and paint damage. Except that I am happy to stay here.

We’ve stayed with smith collective for a total of three years and recently moved out. It has been one of the most convenient and safest place to stay. You can find everything you need close by. And the property is pet friendly which is an added bonus. Also, the property manager is super responsive. Roy is friendly and easy to work with. He is responsible and resolve all the problems in no time. I am glad to stay with smith collective.

My partner and I absolutely loved the Smith Collective when we first saw it! The apartments are beautifully spaced, light and airy with fab amenities and local shops. It was everything we wanted in a home, especially being pet friendly. Gracie Simpson really sold us the property. She handled our million and one questions and check ins with ease and we are grateful for her time and patience! with us. We are looking forward to starting a new chapter of our life here.

I stayed at Smith Collective for one year. I enjoyed living at Smith Community because it is closed to my workplace, to grocery shopping and to public transport. Of course, awesome monthly event, fortnightly food truck service and occasionally movie night.

We've recently moved to the Gold Coast from the UK and the Smith Collective was one of our top choices of places to rent. Thanks to Gracie and the team we were able to lock in our rental quickly and with minimal fuss. So far, so good. The Smith is clean, our neighbours friendly and the convience is great.
