I rented from the smith collective for approx 3.5 years and it was so hard to leave. I decided to move interstate that is the only reason I left otherwise I would live there forever. My property manager Grace was so amazing and the team in general were great. The best location and facilities. If I ever move back I’ll come back home.

Amazing place to live! If you like persistant rent rises; leaf blowers right outside your windows weekly at 7am; constant invasions into your apartment; uncaring property managers huge turnover of staff says a lot; cheaply made interiors and so much more!nnHighly recommend...... that everyone stay well away.

Great place to rent, have been living here for 2 years and plan to stay until my studies are finished perhaps longer even. Good for long term rentals and those with pets. Here's a photo of how happy my two fur babies are in the Smith Collective.nThe apartments are fantastic for individuals with health issues, being so close to the hospital we never have to worry about being too far from assistance.nThanks Smith Collective for a great experience.

We’ve stayed with smith collective for a total of three years and recently moved out. It has been one of the most convenient and safest place to stay. You can find everything you need close by. And the property is pet friendly which is an added bonus. Also, the property manager is super responsive. Roy is friendly and easy to work with. He is responsible and resolve all the problems in no time. I am glad to stay with smith collective.

My partner and I absolutely loved the Smith Collective when we first saw it! The apartments are beautifully spaced, light and airy with fab amenities and local shops. It was everything we wanted in a home, especially being pet friendly. Gracie Simpson really sold us the property. She handled our million and one questions and check ins with ease and we are grateful for her time and patience! with us. We are looking forward to starting a new chapter of our life here.
