I lived at Smith Collective for two years and had a wonderful experience. The facilities, especially the pool and gym areas, were always clean and well maintained, and the overall environment was modern and comfortable with a great community feel. Moreover, it was super safe and warm.nnWe had to move out suddenly due to work commitments, and the entire process was very smooth. Nicole Zammit, our property manager, was incredibly helpful and understanding. She guided us through the whole process and truly went above and beyond to support us during what could have been a stressful time. She was always warm and welcoming, even though we had many questions.nnI’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Smith Collective to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live.

Elayne at the Smith Collective reception has been such a wonderful source of support since I've lived here. I moved in in September 2025 and whenever I pop into the office for information, resources, guidance or just to check on updates for my rental unit Elayne is friendly, warm and super helpful! She is always happy to help and with a smile! I absolutely love stopping into have a quick chat with her throughout the week, her bubbly personality is infectious! So grateful she works here if I could give her more gold stars I would! Phenomenal customer service!

Smith Collective is a great place to live. I moved in almost 2 years ago and still enjoy the experience.  My unit is spacious, modern and secure. The pool and fitness areas are always clean and refreshing. There are several open areas to run my dog and the shops are all within walking distance.  My staff contacts, Elayne and Grace, are always friendly, professional and helpful.  I would recommend Smith Collective to anyone looking for a centrally located and relaxing living environment.
