Would have to be the worst real estate i have had to deal with they cannot lie straight in bed i rented a premises from them which should have never been rented out to my dog let alone people it was and still is an electrical /fire hazard which it had when we were in there as well as a water roof leakes issue the real estate only wanted money from us and do the bare miniumum for it and the owner well from sydney and definitely didnt want to spend money on it after we had a fire we vacated which should have never happened was asking them time and time again to fix it it was the worst we have ever came across from a renting perspective will never ever rent thru them again and will not recommend them to anyone i am putting it out there so people know to steer clear of them julie

Have rented 2 homes and lived next to another managed by them during my time associated with this area of the Gold Coast which goes back to 1986. Look at the rating i have given them it tells a lot!! I am a man who has been self employed for 17 years (on the Gold Coast) and who owns 2 businesses, 1 house and 1 unit.
