Kirsty is our property manager and she is amazing. We just moved into our new home on the weekend and first thing Tuesday we had a knock at the door with the maintenance guy to fix a few things we required maintenance on. And then the landscapers came today! So impressed with how on to it these guys are. Very thankful for everything so far 😀

Really unhelpful staff, it is as if they do not want to work. They unprofessional and had a really hard time communicating with them or at least get someone to help in renting a property.     
Defiantly this is a NOT to go place for renting

By far the worst property management team myself and anyone Ive spoken with have ever dealt with. You can email call,call, leave message after message and they wont get back back to you.  Never the same property manager, never any follow up. I would be very unimpressed if they managed my rental property.... When completing our exist report they didn't even look at the entry report... oh that's because they LOST IT....Lucky we did their job for them kept it ... Look elsewhere.

BY FAR THE MOST INCOMPETENT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM. Tried to give no stars but I couldn't. Could honestly write a book of short stories about how useless they are. 
I've put off posting this review for about 3 month now, just because of how infuriated I get when thinking about the past year i had dealing with them as a renter. 
- Moved in with no fire alarm. Told them the day i moved in. called them almost everyday for them to fix this issue(also weekly emails).  TOOK THEM ALMOST 2 MONTHS for this issue to be resolved. ( They should be hearing from the RTA real soon)
- While we had no fire alarm we had 3 pipe bursts in the house. which they took 2 weeks to fix. the water was so bad it started turning off our electricity. When we called them about it they said wait till monday. it was saturday. We had two days of on and off electric. 
They even tried to make us pay for the plumber and electrician because it wasn't an emergency. oh sorry i didn't know when water is gushing out like a waterfall from a light fitting, I shouldn't be worried.

Look this is only 2 things from a giant list of problems. 
You also might be thinking "oh maybe this guy is just going on about things he doesn't understand." Well I'm actually i was a real estate agent and property manager.
So to conclude
Don't use them. PLEASE DON'T do it.

Excellent Service. My rental was not going to be an easy one to rent due to the high price point however, within a week a tenant had been found. Additionally, everything was handled so promptly making it very easy for me to sit back and let Tulio and the team at Ray White handle everything. They exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend.
