Excellent service at Warehouse Stationery Wairau Park. I accidentally left an important document in the self-service printer, and the staff were very patient and helpful.nnThe next day, Adrian and the manager helped locate and return it. I really appreciate their professionalism, care, and teamwork. Thank you so much!
I’ve been shopping here for a long time and have always had friendly interactions with the staff, but this time was abruptly different.nI had come in with my daughter for back to school shopping and got to the checkouts which were a bit busy with 2 people attending to customers. Once I started having my items scanned, the boy at the checkouts asked if I had found everything, asking what year my daughter was in etc. He then asked what school she went to, and after I told him he exclaimed “Oh my gosh! There’s been so many people from my daughter’s school, I’m so tired of hearing that name!” Which was so out the blue and caught me entirely off guard I wasn’t even sure how to respond to that. He then just talked about himself while scanning and I just smiled and nodded until I paid and left. I have no clue what prompted a reaction like that, but it definitely made both me and my daughter uncomfortable. So bizarre
Phil at the shop did a great job for my banner. He had the job done in time, and he was able to pick out the spelling errors I had. What a great dude!nHighly recommend these guys
Probably one of the poorest experiences.nnThe store was practically empty. Enquire with staff milling around, and you get a finger pointed in the direction of what you’re looking for, left to your discovery skills.nnAt the print center, signs told me to email my document to their Inbox. I did, and at the counter, I was charged $1.25 for 1 sheet!nnI queried. Response? “We charge $1 per attachment you send via email for printing”. I had one, a single page.nnThere were no signs to pre-inform customers. When I raised it, the lady across the shoulders just shrugged her shoulders.nnSo, now you know.
Shambles of a place for the print & copy centre. Been printing here the last 2 years for my business and without fail, every single time I go in, no one can find the items I’ve printed, they have no reasonable systems in place and look confused and dazed and tell me every time bar one that’s it’s not ready when I’ve received confirmation saying it is ready….. then they find it but it’s always scattered in multiple cupboards. Surely it’s not hard to get a system in place.nPrice is good and quality is good but the service and process is a shocker.
