My fridge died and I needed a replacement urgently. I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day a Saturday! but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!

I bought a TV from Harvey Norman through Rada, and the whole experience was outstanding. He handled everything for me over the phone, so I didn’t even need to go in-store. From start to finish, he made the process simple, quick, and stress-free. What really impressed me was that he managed to get the TV delivered to me within just two days. something no one else in New Zealand could do. Rada truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his effort and commitment to great service. Highly recommend him!
