Bought online and chose pickup and went there on Sunday, which happened to be closed due to short staff. However, the next day pickup was very pleasant and smooth.

Fantastic consumer experience with these guys. I purchased a Tamron 150-600mm G2 for Canon mount lens. Parallel Imported had really friendly customer service and did all they could to help as well as giving me an awesome price, lower than the opposition Expert Infotech who had bad customer service from them as well as trying to push a time limit on me for a certain lower price. WOW Leah is a superstar. Helped with my e mail enquiry and sorted out the watch strap for me with no issues at all. Super fast delivery and item is perfect. Leah has exceeded my expectations super helpful and no question was an issue.
Nifae was awesome at the time of sale. However there must have been supplier issues and I was waiting for my item and I couldn’t ’t get through on the phone for an update. However it is there now, just be aware that there may be supply issues.
