I bought the kids a couple of sets of headphones for Xmas and one set stopped working. The staff managed to find my transaction despite me losing my receipt and giving them all all the wrong details to help them find it. They replaced the headphones without fuss and my kid is really happy again. I'm impressed with the excellent staff and superb customer service.

Not what it used to be. It used to be the most competitively priced place there was, but as is normal you go from bring the disruptor in the market when it comes to price to pushing up your prices when you become really popular

Shame really as for me JB used to keep other retailers honest.

A place for getting what you want to buy about digital and intelligent products. But I don't recommend to buy a physics item until you're sure you must collect it. Get the product looking then check it online.
