Amazing product! And really great price it was sold at!! The Lens Sigma 24-70 Art series is exceptionally sharp and have not had any dust issues as was earlier a known issue of this lens. Expert Infotech has been my go to store for most things photography related and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely recommend this store and will definitely come back to increase my kit in the future! 10/10 would recommend.
Phone was great, only slight issue is the speaker vibrates easily at mid volume. Would have returned but cracked the back glass in my pocket. Should have got a better case than the standard clear jelly one.
Was incredibly impressed by the price and communication of everyone at Expert Infotech. My item was one week late but I was informed this was going to be the case and was given options if I wasn't happy with that. Really impressed all round and will use again.
Having used this business since 2018, I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who needs mobile phone or computer based products. Not only do they supply these items they also provide repair service and importantly give good advice too.
This is the second time I’ve experienced such poor service from this business. Their delivery times are misleading, and they don’t tell you until after you’ve paid and queried expected delivery that your item is a “special order” and it will take a week before it arrives to them. I asked for a refund 7days after paying then they called me to convince me that the item will be sent on as soon as it arrives on the 10th day. I was to be sent tracking details. Well still nothing by the 13th day so I email and get told oh your order was on hold pending a refund!! So by the 13th day - no package and no refund and no one was going to even bother to tell me until I messaged them!! Now this is the second time I’ve been through this with them. I thought it was a one off but obviously not. They have great prices, but if you can, pay a few extra dollars and get your purchase quicker or from a company that isn’t misleading about the delivery times.
We ordered a $750 white iphone back in October, and was told by Expert Infotech they could only supply black immediately or wait 2 weeks for white. So accepted, however, the black one was faulty, so returned, and then got the same phone back - again faulty, so returned again, and asked for original white phone, as it was now a month later. They said we have to wait 2 weeks, so waited, and no reply, called, and they said sorry, another 2 weeks.. so waited, and no reply. So, called, and they said another two weeks, so decided to cancel after 2 months waiting. Refund was authorised to Reebelo for a refund, and am still waiting for a $750 refund, now 3 months later. It is now 2 days till xmas, and still I have no phone which my daughter saved a year for. Terrible service, no communication, they take your money and run, Im sure this is a scam to take your money, and delay forever.
My experience with this company has simply been outstanding! From communication to after care service. Hard to find such a company in this compatible environment. Highly recommended
Great customer service, and the value is unbeatable. I would highly recommend using them for any new phone purchase.
Pretty much same with Jagger K below. False advertising on stock level so they come up cheap on PriceMe and PriceSpy. Comms are very poor, sat on my payment and had to chase them up and ended up, of course, no stock. So I AliExpress it, hoping to support local but no choice. Avoid.
I must take my hat off to this company, I bought a refurbished second hand phone from them, but unfortunately it had a fault, the sound was so quiet and not adjustable. Infotech made it simple to return , they repaired and sent back to me. To my disappointment it then had a home key fault. So I reported this to them, they really stepped up!. They offered me a better phone for a small additional charge, all courier cost covered. The phone I have now works perfectly and Infotech honored their promises all the way. I highly recommend purchasing phones etc. through this company, I will use the again for sure. Thank you for your excellent customer support.
