Lynn mall jb is useless. Searched for help for 20mins then had to go to counter for HELP. Pick up your standards guys. Won't go back there or recommend. Would give 0 but not possible.

Wanted to bye a phone sales rep started to serve us. As we were picking between two models sales rep left to sever another customer didnt come back for a long while we waited we had decided which one to buy. But instead of coming back to us he just served some one else we left that was a poor service I'm not sending my money with them.

JBHiFi doesn't always have the cheapest electronics etc, but it is always my starting point, (along with a healthy dose of research). Also the staff are usually helpful and relatively knowledgeable, (even if I did hear a salesman doing a decent imitation of an Apple fanboy when all the customer needed was something to browse the internet and do the odd invoice).
