Highly recommend WallTWall. After much deliberation we chose Karndean Long Board Looselay Champagne Oak. So happy we did. It is so nice to walk on and the house is so much warmer! The wood 'look' is authentic even though it's lino. Tom and the installers were so professional and the job was done with great care and precision. Our kitchen is now being installed and the flooring under all cabinets because it's waterproof is withstanding the rugged test of appliance shuffling, mess and traffic. We'll be back for carpet and window coverings from WallTWall, great company to deal with.
Wall T Wall gave me a competitive quote which I accepted. The family team of Tom, Elliott and Tony followed up with very professional and helpful advice on carpet selection and then removed existing carpet, relocated all furniture and laid the new carpet to 5 rooms while we were away. Great installation, defect free and I am happy to recommend then for a similar service. JIM
We are extremely happy with both the service and the carpet! It feels like walking on clouds! Tom, Tony and Elliot were very helpful as we grappled with our choices and were able to sort out a few installation issues with superior customer service that was incredibly reassuring. Highly recommend!!
I cannot rate Wall T Wall more highly. We purchased carpet and blinds from them. From start to finish it was so easy and everything went smoothly, thanks to Tom. He kept us informed and all was completed in the time frame given. We are very happy with result and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Tony and the team were a dream to work with. We completely renovated our house and needed new flooring boards and carpet as well as window dressings blinds and sheers. We visited the showroom to pick out options we liked and were able to take samples home to see how the various materials looked in each space. We had the team come out to measure each space and we were able to customise details such as height of the sheers/track colour, etc. The team was prompt with letting us know when the order had come in and they organised installation for as soon as possible. Everything was just so easy, we would happily recommend and work with the team again.
From the moment we walked into the store, we were very happy with the customer service and advice. Tom was fantastic to work with, from measuring-up, right through to the final inspection. Communication was awesome. Our new vinyl flooring looks fantastic. The installers were very neat & tidy, and did a great job. We highly recommend Wall T Wall.
We were so impressed and pleased by Wall T Wall. The high quality of the Wall T Wall carpets were matched with the customer service we received. From the moment we stepped into the shop, we were met with exceptional customer service from Tom who clearly had outstanding knowledge of the products and listened to our needs to give us advice on what would suit our needs. We were able to take a number of large samples home to help us make our decision, and Tom came to our house to provide a detailed quote with multiple options. Installation was arranged promptly, and we couldn’t be happier with the end product. Overall fantastic carpet and 5 star customer service.
Recently had outdoor blinds installed by Ringwood Blinds. The professionalism and great service from Tom was exceptional and his attention to details fantastic. The install team did an awesome job as well. Highly recommend them for outdoor blinds. Phil & Sandy
This is the third time that we have dealt with Tom and the team from Wall T Wall In Ringwood. The first time was with for my sister in law's unit. The last two times were in relation to our existing home renovations. Tom's level of care and advice has been extremely helpful, assisting with the selection process of our new carpets and its installation, and then recently with the vinyl flooring that we have had installed over our existing floor tiles. In both instances the installation has gone smoothly and without drama. Tom has some amazing people that do the installation process, and honestly we are over the moon with the level of service, the support from the company from start to finish, including the installing team, who went about their work in a no fuss way , with a high level of attention to detail. Very impressed with the boys. This has all led to an unbelievable change to our home. To say that we are very happy with the overall results really is an understatement. We would seriously commend anyone that is considering new floor coverings to discuss their requirements with Tom and the team at Wall T Wall. Outstanding service. The staff at Wall T Wall are friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable. Tom helped us choose the perfect carpet for our family room. He let us take home numerous large carpet samples which really helped us make our decision. And when the install was delayed for months due to problems with a builder, Tom and the team waited patiently until we were ready to have it installed. On the day, the installer arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. We love our new carpet and are so happy with Wall T Wall. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for personalized service and quality product.
