I was very pleased with company. I would highly recommend this company. I was having a get together at my house but my carpet was in terrible shape. Ian promptly called me back and was very professional and helpful. I got an appointment on the day I needed. The price was good for 3 rooms and a hallway of carpet and my sectional (including the back). Ian came in and immediately got to work. Some parts of the carpet needed extra attention and Ian did it without a complaint, problem or issue. He literally worked from the time he walked in the door until the time he left. He had a friendly personality, was a hard worker and was willing to do what it took to do the job. Considering the condition of my carpet I didn't expect miracles but they did a great job.

Ian was quick to respond, explain services and was super honest. He also scheduled my carpet cleaning for the next morning! He was the person who came to clean. He was on time, friendly, professional and got the job done perfectly! Very happy. Thank you so much, 5 stars!

A friend of mine recommended Monster carpet clean to do the carpet cleaning for me. All i have to say is~WOW. My carpet is rejuvenated and look brand spankin' new. Definitely no regrets for following my friend's advice. I would like to pay it forward and extend this recommendation to anyone reading this review.
