First time potential client for a full house job and Douglas who answered the phone was extremely rude and had no time to deal with my phone call. Exceptionally dissapointed as I was referred by a friend and didn't even get passed 20seconds.

If only they would read what's written on the order... I would be a happy client but sadly they can't read what was written on the order.... Maybe I need to buy them reading glasses

I agree with the other review. Phoned up and wanted a measure and quote on a whole house of carpet. All I got was a unresponsive answer and seemed totally uninterested in getting the business! Called up Trevor from AMJ carpets. He was very keen and has offered to meet me within the hour. That's how you treat customers!!!!!
