Fantastic experience from start to finish. Competitive pricing, works conducted quickly and professionally. We were re-flooring an investment property and unable to visit the property ourselves and working to a tight timeframe. DFS Floorworks kept us updated during the whole process giving us peace of mind. Our real estate agent was ecstatic with the works conducted and said they will definitely be recommending DFS Floorworks to their clients.
Dealt with Sami on the sales side. We had a specific product requirement on our carpet, needed existing carpets ripped out and quick installation of the new one. A great customer experience is realised when a company’s product or service delivery exceeds a customer’s expectation. I recently had DFS floorworks supply and install carpet at my residence. The company’s willingness to work with us to provide the most suitable product and their installation crew’s professionalism and flexibility in installing the carpet was seamless. Our purchasing journey with the company’s two touch points, their product and people left us with a long lasting impression. I would highly recommend DFS Floorworks to anyone looking for a flooring company that considers customer experience first and foremost.
Had a terrible experience where they ripped up ALL of our carpets before telling us a one day job would take much longer because floor needed levelling. They sent round some random guys who had no clue what was going on and started grinding without a vacuum. A completely uncomfortable and awkward situation and we had to spend a week living with friends while it was resolved. The wood is a terrible match to the rest of the house and the skirting is sloppy. Will have to pay someone else to redo this work. Really disappointed and shocked.
Really happy with the guys at DFS Floorworks, they were able to work their magic and prioritise the job for me to ensure I was able to move into my new property. Not many other businesses would worry about going out of their way. Very professional and quality work. Thanks for your help, friendliness and honesty.
