we paid for carpet from this company, had it installed. the toxic smell was that bad that we called them and they removed it. they then would not respond to any emails until we were due in VCAT, then he told me he would fix the problem, he LIED, we went to VCAT, we WON the case, 3 years later, FRAMPTONS still has our carpet, has not refunded the MONEY. We PAID for carpet and we were left with NOTHING, just empty floorboards. They kept OUR MONEY and they also kept the carpet we paid for.

We were very hesitant in going with Framptons due to some of the review we read however they proved them wrong and ended up doing a wonderful job. They did carpet and floating floor boards throughout our entire house. The range selection was great and the final outcome was just as he had hoped.

Even before the job was finished they were sending multiple invoices and demanding final payment. Won't use them again and I expect to use another firm at my cost if any problems arise.

We got carpet from framptons 6years ago. from day one we had problems. In brief ,a join that was so badly done in a room that was so small that shouldnt have been joined.continual rolls in every room.numerous visits to rectify by framptons layers, management, and the carpet manufacturer supplying to framptons. The end result being framptons blaming the manufacturer and the manufacturer blaming framptons installation. Our independent assessor said carpet irreparable and both framptons and manufacturer to blame.end result we got new carpet from another company and more then happy. Would never recommend framptons.
