AVOID AT ALL COSTS- .    Damaged tiles and edging at my property whilst installing vinyl planks, despite photographic evidence and the vinyl layer admitting their fault originally for smashing my tiles whilst installing, and the layer coming back and doing a botched ‘fix’ job after admitting his fault!  they are refusing to contact me back or acknowledge or fix the hundreds of dollars of damage they’ve caused,  guess who will be taking this further.

Edit: they’ve now fully denied this and are refusing to fix the damage they’ve caused.  DODGY DODGY DODGY

Carpet Call Ferntree Gully has a great selection of rugs and the free in-home trial service is excellent. Salesman Syed was very helpful and patient as we took days to make our choice. He honoured the sale price even though we made the enquiry on the last day of the sale. Inter-state delivery only took two days which was very impressive.
