Very rude manager. Had organised him to come out to measure for three rooms in which he agreed. Several days later, I rang to confirm a time only to be told I had to measure myself and guess the measurements as they were not prepared to come and measure unless it was a sure sale!  The property was only 10 minutes away in Wantirna. Very disappointed considering I had used them several years before. Obviously did not want my business. Would never go there again. Appalling service ( actually no service!!!).

Michael came on his holiday on Sunday to measure the house, all carpet installed on time with no fuss, installers were nice too.

Everything just worked!  I ordered my carpet from here nearly a year before I moved in to take advantage of a great deal.  No issues at all with borrowing samples (many times), talking to staff in person or over the phone, paying invoices or having the carpet installed.  It took over 2 days to install the carpet and the subcontractor they used did a fantastic job.
