We needed a Kissling power relay shipped urgently to a regional location for a bus that absolutely had to go back into service next day. Bill the manager personally made sure the right part got in an airbag and out the door. Can’t speak highly enough about the range of quality, specialist products Baxters stock and the way they service trade workshops like ours. Thanks Bill and team!
A trip to the dentist is preferable to dealing with the incompetence behind that sales counter. The female was definitely promoted from the warehouse because nobody would employ her in a customer service role. The manager behind the glass, he's just checked out of even caring anymore. Give them a miss.
Terrible service, I would not recommend. Bought a 120amp alternator from these guys and it failed in less than 2 months and they told me that I could not have it replaced under warranty without it being inspected first by the factory and that would take 2 weeks, I explained that I needed the car for work. Cory suggested I spend another $400 on another alternator and hopefully I will be reimbursed if they find it is not an outside influence. Not impressed! I bought the part from Baxters, there for My warranty should be with Baxters and it is up to Baxters to get reimbursed not me.
