Absolutely no quality control of what leaves on trucks.nOrdered a shed kit through a local shed company who ordered the kit from Stramit.nOn advise from shed company the kit was ordered and paid for to beat a price rise from Stramit.nDelivery day arrived and truck arrived to unload. All seemed to be going well until the end when the driver was totally confused about what was still left on the truck as none of the job numbers matched up with what was left. After several phone calls by me I had him sorted and he left.nI checked off the packs against the delivery dockets and everything seemed to be in order. All the stickers with the quantities matched the picking slip.nFast forward a few months due to delays with permits and weather. Frame is all up and we’re ready to start sheeting.nUnwrap and start laying out all the wall sheets to find the entire two sides of wall sheets are missing. 32 sheets Even though the sticker on the top sheet shows them as being in that pack.nContacted the shed company straight away to advise them.nThey contact Stramit who after a couple of days come back and say too bad. You should have pulled all the sheet packs apart within 7 days of delivery. Not really practical when they were all wrapped up to protect them.nStramit are saying that I will have to order and pay for the sheets again.nI will not be using or recommending any Stramit products ever again.nWhere is the quality control?nWhere is the Customer Service?
Stramit .... cannot follow instruction. Cannot deliver on time. Drivers are unwilling to assist. I ordered a Stramit roof to be delivered on Monday, as plumbers needed materials for Tuesdays work. 11am Monday Stramit advise that job is pushed to Tuesday. Would not provide delivery time, so all trades left site. Driver was advised to take small truck longest sheet lengths were about 3.5m long . Driver calls today.... big truck wont fit, wants help unloading, wants to dump load up in street and leave in as a hazard. Stramit had you turned up on time there were staff onsite to hand unload. Had you turned up ontime, my roof would be laid today in good weather, not tomorrow when raining. Stramit are an unreliable business ... do not recommend!
I am writing to bring to everyone's attention a highly concerning incident involving a Stramit Delivery driver that occurred today 30/11/23 at approximately 8:30am. Unfortunately, my experience with Stramit Delivery service on this occasion has left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to file a formal complaint.nThe incident involved your delivery driver, whose behavior was not only unprofessional but also posed a significant risk to the safety of those in the vicinity. I would like to outline the key issues that occurred during this delivery:nAggressive Behavior: The delivery driver displayed aggressive behavior throughout the delivery process. This was evident in both his interactions with me and his general demeanor. Such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company.nLack of Solutions Focus: When I attempted to discuss concerns and propose alternative solutions to problems that arose during the delivery, the driver was dismissive and rejected any suggestions. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to work towards a resolution is contrary to the customer service standards I expect from StramitnDamage to Property: Disappointing to see, the delivery driver trampled on my next-door neighbor's Christmas lights, causing damage. This demonstrates a lack of care and responsibility for others' property and is an unacceptable consequence of his reckless actions.nReckless Driving: Perhaps most alarming was the driver's reckless driving. He sped off in his delivery truck on a busy street during school drop-off times, putting the safety of children and pedestrians at risk. This behavior is not only irresponsible but also violates basic traffic safety norms.nEnd Result: I ended up calling Tradelink where I placed the order for your products who went above and Beyond, in calling your company to sort out the issue, whereby they picked up the delivery items from your aggressive delivery driver and delivered it themselves to my property as they were aware that Stramit did not deliver in full the day before, where Stramit forgot to put the roof sheets on the truck inconveniencing my trades now having to come another day. I am speechless how a roof sheeting company can forget to put roof sheets on a truck for delivery.nUnfortunately for your future customers, if Stramit are using the same delivery drivers, I highly recommend them going somewhere else given the experience I had today which was also witnessed by 20 other people in my street!

Terrible customer service!!nMy very expensive garage was booked several weeks prior to delivery for today and at great expense to my business I took the day off waiting for delivery.nAfter several calls to Stramit and promises of being contacted by a team leader I received nothing. “Escalated” what a joke!nAt 3:30pm I learned through the garage company I ordered it that it’s not coming due to over booking of transport through Stramit.nI’m now expected to wait for delivery tomorrow at even greater expense to my company and contractors but this won’t happen as my customers who are booked with me won’t be let down by me or my company.nSTRAMIT are another case of to big to manage professional customer service and could take a leaf.
