Very happy with our Hybrid floors. Danny is a pleasure to deal with and is very customer focussed. We will certainly be back when we need our carpets replaced. We would recommend this business for your flooring needs.
Friendly helpful and efficient. We had our carpet requirements measured, quoted and installed within 6 days and a follow up call to see if we were happy.
Michelle and Tony were an absolute delight to deal with. It's so very different now they're gone. We booked the new owner at EFS to come to a house that we've recently bought. We'd lined up a time that suited him and the current house owners and real estate agent. New owner didn't turn up and didn't even call. After half an hour late, we called him, and he told us he'd be much later again. Seemed surprised we'd even called. Really, really poor outcome where we lost the timeslot we'd arranged with everyone. That was such a poor outcome.
Very fast and great service. Danny and his colleagues were able to quote and install new carpets within a week despite a public holiday. Will certainly be back when I need carpets again.
