I visited the Blackburn store together with my wife and although the store was in some chaos due to an overnight water damage incident we received the best customer service we've had in a long time. The two gents who attended to us couldn't have been more helpful in showing us rugs that we'd selected from their website to view, as well as making helpful suggestions based on our discussions. Ultimately they didn't have some of the rugs we were keen on viewing but advised us which of their stores had them and offered to get them in. However we decided we'd visit the Armadale store the next day. Again we received excellent service and chose three rugs, which were brought to our home late the next daywithout additional charge or deposit to view in situ. This was the sealer for us as we could see just how the rugs blended with our decor. Our chosen rug stayed with us and paid for over the phone the next day. Hali Rugs are fantastic to deal with and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. We have every confidence in recommending them to you if you are in the market for a quality rug/s as well as fabulous customer service.
We have had a very pleasant experience buying rugs at Hali Rugs Blackburn. The products are of a very good quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is excellent. Tom helped us to choose the rugs and brought the selected ones to try in our home. This was a very good move, allowing us to pick the correct size and match the colour. We were so impressed that we went back to buy third rug for another room, which Tom allowed to keep overnight to see how it looks in different lighting conditions. Tom visited us yet again to cut and install rugs underlay, as our floors are rather slippery. I would highly recommend Hali Rugs Blackburn shop. When I need another rug, I know where to go!
Hali Rugs Blackburn have the best selection of high quality rugs. Their customer service was outstanding. Tom was very professional and polite, helping us find the perfect matching rug for our living room. As we weren't sure of the sizing for our living room, we took a sample for testing. Upon our confirmation the next day, Tom generously delivered the exact size rug to our house in Burwood, and assisted us with the furniture movement and the rug's proper placement. I highly recommend Hali for anyone looking to buy high quality rugs with excellent customer service.
We had an excellent experience at Hali Blackburn. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful. With the photos we had they helped us get an amazing rug. We have received so many complaints about our new lounge space.
WOW. We have now bought 2 rugs from Hali at Blackburn and have been served the first time by Tom and the second time by Jake. What a team! The training in this place must be sensational as both gentleman know their products, understand colours and ask questions in order to get a real picture of where you are placing the rug in your home and what effect you are looking to achieve. I seriously haven't had service and knowledge like that for a very long time, and to make things even easier, they let you take a couple rugs home with you to see which you prefer. Unsure of what colour or texture would work in each space, Jake offered up some great options within my budget and I'm so happy with the results. Green on green - who would have thought! Big thanks to the Hali rug team for their prompt, friendly service. I won't buy from anyone else!

Finally! Our family room now has the best looking rug after a few failed attempts. The Hall Rug crew at Blackburn helped with our selections at store and not only did they bring the rugs to our house so we could decide at home, in the best light but they also moved our furniture and set the rug in place, politely! We couldn't be happier! .....And the pleasant, genuine old fashioned service, outstanding! Thanks guys!
The guys at Hali Rugs Blackburn were awesome. A friend and I wandered in there on a fact-finding mission. They didn't mind that we were just looking, and were friendly and helpful. I actually ended up buying a rug that was perfect for my space and absolutely gorgeous. It arrived within a few days and the whole process was easy and friendly. Highly recommend.
