We have searched through many carpet/rug stores on this side of town in recent months. Finally found what we wanted here. Large range of rugs, good prices, very helpful staff. The young Chinese guy who assisted us sorry but didn't get a name was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even dragging out those monster size rugs and laying them out for us to view on the floor. Very much appreciated.

We ordered our shaggy rugs online and the size we chose was not fitting to our living room correctly and the colours were too not matching. We called up the store next day and Chris who was very helpful and willing to suggest colours and size. We manage to get ours exchanged to a different colour and also changed the size of the rug. The whole process was so smooth. Will definitely be back

Excellent service due to his knowledge of the products, patience and willingness to get down several rugs for us to 'look at on the floor. Even gave a discount on the discount. Will use again and highly recommend.
Great shop! We went there on Sunday and had great help picking out a rug for our new house, the staff knew their products, did us a great price and were really friendly. When we got home we realised it was too small and we needed to swap it, gave them a call and arranged it, droved back and he was waiting for us ready to show us the range in the next size up. Again,did us a great deal, looked out for our 4 yr old duaghter whilst we were browsing and could not have been more friendly!. All up a wonderful experience shopping here we will definately be back!
I am very happy with the rug I got here they have an excellent range of sizes, colours and customer service. I appreciate the staff took the time to explain the difference between the qaulitys available, things like fibre types and heavier weighted ends etc. There is a very useful 24 hour take home system in which you provide a credit card and license, this was ultimately how I was able to make my choice. We'll worth a look!
