I bought a rug on Mother's Day from Carpet Call. John B is so helpful and professional. He gave me an expert idea of which rug is the best fit to my dining room after he asked me the type and color of my furniture and floor there. The delivery of my rug only takes four days! Very efficient! The rug I got is not only a rug but it also decorates my room to next level of charm that my friends admires. The service is in very high standard. Johnny helped us a great deal. We found him to be professional, supportive and patient , as we chose our carpets and had them installed. Outstanding customer service. Friendly and polite with a great sense of humour! Highly recommend. Vanessa.

We had our house installed with floor boards purchased from Carpet Call Nunawading. The service was excellent from start to finish. The sales representative (Bert) was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. He provided guidance with the floor type and colors and there was no sales pressure. The installers (Peter and Daniel) were very friendly and professional. The quality of work was also pleasing. We’re very happy with the quality of the product. We won’t hesitate to go back for future purchases i.e. carpet and rugs. Certainly value for money and highly recommended.

Johnny at Carpet Call Nunawading is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, helpful and even let me swap the rug for a different colour after I took it home and realised it wasn’t right with my furniture. Made me feel at ease with such a big purchase! Thanks Johnny!!!
