Great dealings with the salesman, happy with our 1 year old Volvo purchased from Sunshine Coast. But I would of expected the car would of been washed when we picked it up after our 30k service like it states on their page but it wasn’t.
Took three attempts to get through to service on the phone. Kept being sent back to sales and having to repeat myself. Couldn't book in for a seatbelt recall, a simple 20 minute job, for several weeks. Asked if it might be possible to get in earlier with a cancellation as I'm travelling, but they said there were no available cancellations. Booked in at Brisbane Volvo instead and got an appointment within days. The people were lovely and the waiting space was luxury, coffee machine, cold drinks, USB ports
Thank you to the great Service Team at Sunshine Coast Volvo for the speedy software update to fix an issue with my Volvo Pure Electric while we were visiting from Sydney. Great customer service - much appreciated!
The service is c grade. Buying a premium bespoke car and then having a budget showroom and poor staff training. How did Volvo Australia ever allow this to happen? Volvo provides cars commensurate with Mercedes or BMW and then allows for budget showrooms to host their cars? "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. Outstanding service. The best we have ever received to date when we have had our Volvo serviced. We had to deal with an urgent situation and the Volvo team at Sunshine Coast pulled out all stops to make it happen. Can’t thank them enough! Well done guys!
I highly appreciate help and involvement from Jake, the sales manager. His service was above and beyond, but without all that usual sales people technics. Very professional. No pressure at all. Minor negativity about finance, but that’s nothing to do with the sales or cars themselves. Would highly recommend.
I had a good experience at Volvo Sunshine Coast. I was fortunate to acquire a new XC40 T5 off the showroom floor , with a very prompt 2 day delivery of an impeccably presented vehicle. Handover by the Sales Manager ,Jake, was thorough and it was good to receive a follow -up call a couple of days later to check that everything was fine [ it was!] . The XC40 lives up to its reviews and then some , and my experience with the dealership so far gives me confidence in our long term relationship. Definitely recommended.
I have been to many car dealerships. Test drove a few different cars.. & most salespeople don't genuinely care about the process.. Just the sale. But my experience with Jake Curran at Volvo was INCREDIBLE from start to delivery. Jake kept me up to date with the entire process. It was a joy to have such an epic customer service experience & would highly recommend Jake & the team at Volvo Maroochydore. I drove away with a Volvo XC40 in under 3 months which in this current market all other major brands were 6 - 9 months. The car was only a little more in price than other major brand cars & exceeded the quality and features by far of other brands in the same price range. I would highly recommend Volvo as I have Never been happier in my life with this purchase & overall experience. Thanks so much
This appears to be a poorly run business with a lack of systems and organisation. We have ordered one part over 6 months at our vehicle service. We then followed up several months later and they had somehow lost our order and would place a new one. I stopped in today to ask after the part as we still have not heard anything. After waiting some 15 minutes for the staff to try and locate the part, I was advised that they were unable to find it and would contact me. I wonder if we will ever hear from them! Bloody hopeless for the great reputation of volvo and the price you pay for servicing and parts. ONE MONTH LATER Just rang a month later after hearing nothing about this mystery part we have ordered twice and followed up several weeks ago. The website said that the business is open until 5.30pm. I rang at 5.15pm and was told to RING BACK tomorrow. These guys are truly hopeless and an epic fail from me on customer service!!
Arogant , corporate like lacking genuine authentic automotive service customer needs. I am sure if you believe plugging a vehicle into a diagnostic machine and charging for it is a device you will be happy. Make sure you you understand they will treat the service history of your vehicle as their property not yours. Certainly cannot recommend Volvo culture or product anymore. If your a long term Volvo owner there are far better options in the market place that will provide you with the traditional Volvo experience.
