The team at Audi Sunshine Coast have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from initial enquiries through purchase/delivery and subsequent servicing and provision of supporting accessories. We loved dealing with Ryan. He was really approachable, professional and easy to communicate with. We felt like he listened and had our best interests at heart. Definitely refreshing to come across a car salesman with good ethics, he wasn't pushy at all and really happy and relaxed. I felt a genuine care from him which can be rare these days.

He has been patient, courteous and helped me achieve a positive outcome when I was unable to get a timely response from the national office. Have had a few experiences through this service centre and all have been unpleasant. From forgetting to call to update us on status delivery for an item arrived two weeks ago, had to follow up then they confirmed. On another occasion they couldn’t find booking for car service and then taking 2 weeks to send a report for reversing camera issue. No customer service or courtesy. Very unorganised.
We were lucky enough to have Karl Hiscocks look after us during the purchase of our new Q2. Audi was at the bottom of our list when we started out on the trail of buying a new car. Karl was superb from start to finish; transparent, communicative ensuring we got what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed during the process and Karl went above and beyond in order to get the car we wanted in the shortest possible timeframe. The service continues after delivery of the vehicle and we are more than appreciative. The product is great as was the sales and service. Thanks Karl!
I recently bought a new Q5. I had to order the car as I wanted specific additions so it took longer to get delivery. Karl Hiscocks, Sales Executive kept me updated regularly on the car's build and was happy to answer any questions I had. I've purchased several new cars in my time and this was the best experience I have had. I am really happy with my new Q5 and highly recommend Audi Centre Sunshine Coast.
