Did buy a New Nissan Navara in April 2019 , and paid Extra to get the underbody Rust proofed , Look fantastic now , What do you think . A clear layer of Motor One EnviroKote was supposed apply to certain parts of the Underbody , I have been told I cannot believe the arrogances and bad attitude of the sale manager , accusing me of negligence , That car now look like a 15 years old car , i will never buy a car from them again . And next time will contract a independent Professional rust proofing business to rust proof the entire under body of the car .
Well they say a test of integrity is when things go wrong and Sunshine Coast Nissan Caloundra passed with flying colours. We bought a used Audi A3 for a great price and good km's and the buying experince was ace. No pushy salesperson and super easy. Delivery a breeze and all good. Sadly though there was quite a large shudder develop shortly after we took delivery. And then some oil burn. Both major faults. Nervously I contacted them and they couldn't have been more helpful. They immedialty volunteered to either repair the vehicle or if repairs were too extensive then a full refund no problem. Discovered the wrong oil was in the vehicle and once replaced no further oil burn indepently checked and confirmed and they sent the car off to Audi to have the DSG clutch packs replaced. Expensive job and all fully covered under used car warranty. Mike in the service department was so helpful and stayed in constant contact the whole way through. These guys will be my number one stop for any cars in the future. Professional, courteous and no hassle in any way with the warranty claim. 5 stars.
Nissan Sunshine Coast must have the worst after sales service around. If they think that a two week period for diagnosis of a fault is acceptable, they’re oh so wrong. I wanted to replace my car with a Hyundai, but when I saw they were Hyundai agents, I went to Toyota.
Very poor management. Misdiagnosed even though they had been told it was a gearbox issue, decided the clutch was the problem. After installing a new clutch, found that it was in fact the gearbox. Ute is now worse off and down $1800. Should rename dodgy brothers and co.
"Class action firm investigates 90,000 Isuzu utes for defects". Less than happy with the excuses, attitude and number of defects with my 2020 Navara bought new from Sunco. Get nervous the NP300 is next to be recalled.
Typical of modern day parts interperators they have no idea of car parts and even with the computer helping they still stuff it up. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
Came back here to look at a different car. Dealt with Sam. Really impressed with how I was treated. Not pushy, good product knowledge and genuinely cares I get the right car for me.

My Partner & I took my younger sister down to have her car evaluated for trade-in, as we are looking to purchase 2 new cars - We called ahead and had been asked to come down and ask for Mike, which we did on arrival, however when we did this the woman at the front desk was acting very strangely and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome from the get go - although we said we were happy to wait, we decided on seeing a different Nissan dealership as we were extremely put-off by the way we were not greeted when we arrived. Very unfortunate.
From the first time I walked in the door the team were very friendly and conducted themselves in a super professional manner. The after sales service had been exceptional I know I will coming back when I need another car a great team that looks after its clients. Thank you for a great experience look forward to future dealings .
