Recently had my Sportage in for service. I called a couple of weeks before to book and advised my number plate was now personalised. The female assured me it was updated. On the day I arrived I went into the service office to be told to go to the area outside where no one was in attendance rather rudely. My car was still under its original rego for the service. When I picked it up it hadn't been washed or vacuumed unlike the last time and the fuel cap was left open. I won't be back.

Not a great overall experiences having a KIA Carnival repaired over the past 2 years. 1 rear door took 4-5 visits to fix and they panel damaged the car via an apprentice not knowing how to adjust the door TWICE. They graciously gave us a free service . 2 x DVD/CD player repairs in 1 year and a bit of a hassle on getting the units swapped no stock kept onsite or a stuck CD returned on both swaps. Dont bother leaving a phone message as SERVICE they dont get the messages and you have to chase them. Better off to travel to Morrayfield in our experience. Also, my local service rep has quoted $500 cheaper on a service and break replace, so shop elsewhere.
This number never gets answered.... If you want to speak to Kia CALOUNDRA call the number for Kia CURRIMUNDI that number actually gets you through to the Caloundra Dealer and service department. They have stuffed up the phone numbers.
By far the worst service I've ever received. I left my car for early drop off. I rang about 8 times over the course of the day as no one answered the phones. I ended up having to get sales to go and ask them to all me back as I was unable to make it in before they shut and needed to pay over the phone and pick up after hours. They informed my they broke a part in my car, and had to order a part that I now have to rebook in to get it fixed. They also didn't turn off the service reminder and didn't clean my car like every other kia servicing does. Really bad service, break your stuff and don't answer calls. Go to any other service centre!
We were very happy with dealing with Brett Witchurch from Kia Currimundi. We would happily recommend him to our friends and family.
Bought my first new car from Brett. Now moved but still bring my car back here for all services and queries.
I would strongly recommend to stay clear away from this dealership if you are looking for a new car, especially if you are dealing with Brett sales person. They do not hesitate to give you false information in order to sell you the car and didn't even bother contacting with you two days before the delivery date. And in 2021, their argument was the car that we sold to you is disappeared from the system. Absolute disgrace,
I just want to reinforce the reviews about Brett Whitchurch. I gave him a10 rating on the review sheet; it should have been a 10+. There was never a “pressure to buy” in his selling technique and his knowledge of the vehicle was excellent. Well done Brett. You deserve the title of Super Salesman.
