Joseph, Ryan, Jai, Kate, Kristen - all making sure I understood the "jargen".
Joseph answered my questions, and showed each step to make sure I could perform tasks, on the dash and screen.

Booked in a Saturday service, which I thought was going to be at Sippy Downs Service centre, and didn't think to check confirmation text stating I would need to travel to Currimundi dealership instead.  Arrived to find closed service centre, and I rang Sunshine Toyota.  Was spoken to by a kind woman who offered me a coffee upon arrival.  When I pulled into the dealership driveway the coffee was ran out to me, and that was such a kind gesture that de-stressed me from my mix-up I made.  Service was incredibly thorough, service technician rung to gain my approval for a additional wheel alignment with service report provided as proof, definitely will return here for future services!

BE CAREFUL IF SUNSHINE TOYOTA ORGANIZE YOUR FINANCE OR INSURANCE!!!!

I traded a Prado Kakadu for a new Prado Kakadu. My third in a row.  I financed the difference through Toyota finance.  Of course they didn’t allow the new vehicle to leave without insurance on it.  Sunshine Toyota organized this and said I was now free to take the vehicle.  
The car then got damaged really badly in a hail storm.  When I put a claim in with the insurance company I found out it wasn’t insured.  They insured the car I traded in instead of the one they sold me!!!! 
I went back to Sunshine Toyota and they told me they were sorry they couldn’t help me because the employee that did the finance and insurance had left the dealership!!!! 
Left me with a greatly devalued $94,000 problem.  
Shame on you Sunshine Toyota.

I thought the Sales team were fantastic. No pressure and spent to time to understand what i wanted. Well worth the trip. I spoke with Eddie and Ryan the manager.
