Ordered our new MUX in October and was told it was a 6 month wait. Called in mid April at the 6 month mark to see when to expect our car as we had not heard from them since paying our deposit…..was promptly told our car isn’t due until December a 14 month wait!!! Wouldn’t have minded the delay if it was communicated in anyway but for me to have to call and find this out when the car should have been ready by is unacceptable….
Great staff, didn't try to push you into anything, i bought a MUX from there recently and it is bloody impressive, it is great on fuel, toes my van like it isn't there and handles well on road and off, and great value for money, ive had a hilux for years, the Dmax or MUX wins hands down, just take one for a test drive, you'll see what i mean
When first trying to contact a bit hard to get hold of but that was due to issues with the lines. After that Russell at Caloundra Isuzu has been amazing, everything has been so smooth and easy, friendly face Even behind the masks and just a great place to deal with. Very happy indeed.
Good people to deal with , however it is more the brand of car that makes it good, the company who owns this dealership have the worst phone set up in the world. Almost like they don't want to deal with you, once u get to the staff, the experience becomes ok.

Took my 2017 MU-X for a major service and told them i have been having issues with the front blinker. I was told that moister had got into the light and it would cost me $300+ to fix. After taking my vehicle home and looking at the light myself i found the problem, a lose wire. Works perfectly now.... Saved myself some $ Also told them that i my air conditioner had been leaking on the passenger side floor and to look at it for me. They told me because I installed a UHF it was water leaking in from when in rains because of faulty grommets. so they said they fixed the grommet for me. Only problem is that even with no rain for weeks, when i use my aircon my floor still gets wet.
Great dealership in Caloundra for Isuzu. Car dealer Russell was very good, and knew all the information on the cars. Very clean place and Covid safe
Visited dealership to get pricing , trading a car in ,no details recorded of trade in just told it would be very hard to get a good price for trade, only follow up calls were made by me none from sales person worst service I have encounter, when I did follow up was told the best trade was 3k changeover of 53k , drove to Brisbane got great service and a 49k change over ,really disappointed with dealership as I worked for the group for 5 years and have been I the motor industry for 30plus years,would never visit that dealership group again and never recommend to anybody ,what a disgrace to the motor industry.
These guys are always so professional and friendly. I have and isuzu dealership/service centre much closer to home but always travel to curramundi for my services because they are so much better.
