Overall great service. Not a deal breaker but they don’t wash the car anymore and they always refer to me with my business partners name even after multiple requests to change it. Apart from that great people to deal with and they try to do everything they can to make the experience easy and enjoyable.
The woman at the service desk was fantastic - kept me informed, was knowledgeable, asked questions when she wasn’t sure, and overall provided fantastic customer service. I think her name was Aleisha. However, I am disappointed with the service of my car. I forgot to mention the wiper blade was busted literally flapping in the wind & the service report said wipers were checked as part of the service yet it wasn’t replaced or called to ask if okay to replace. Which then makes you question the business’ integrity.
Really disappointed with Sippy Downs service centre and sunshine Toyota in general. After selling me, the vehicle, the service has been extremely ordinary. After the initial 10,000 KM service, I am experiencing, slight shuddering at higher highway speeds. I assume this is down to something as simple as the wheel rotation and balance. When I have attempted to contact the service Centre, I have been placed in continuous loops on hold. On one occasion, I manage to speak with a receptionist who advise me that she would get the service centre to call me back however that has not occurred. I will try the Toyota service department at Ken Mills next time as Sunshine Toyota lack simple service.
Great service from the Sippy Downs team. From the young gentleman who gave me a courtesy lift home to Jody who kept me up to date throughout with the varying service needs of my vehicle. My aircon has never smelt better
Better service than I've ever experienced before! From the ease of booking to the courtesy drop off / pick up to the communication regarding my vehicle - all top notch!!! No need to look elsewhere!
Excellent service and the lady was very helpful and informative. Good job! A quick vac and wash would have been the icing on the cake.
Ive been taking my car to sippy downs sunshine Toyota for servicing since purchasing it 4 years ago and also the previous hilux before that. I had an issue once in relation to the car that I wasn't happy about by the friendly staff at Sippy Downs took care of it even though it wasn't under warranty. Clinton is especially nice and easy to deal with.
I was greeted and felt welcome, offered tea or coffee. I didn’t have to wait too long, came and gone in about 35 min. What more would you want. It was easy and great.
Service very friendly and accommodating. Major service 360,000 klms including all new break pads and replacement of broken bonnet hinge on 200 series Landcruiser at short notice. Not cheap but would certainly recommend them.
If we are coming early to go to work it would be good to know how long the process takes. Arrived 7:30am did not get approached until nearly 8am then was going to be 30mins to bus. I have been to much more streamlined drops offs in the morning for rush to work purposes. Thanks
