Called in to see if there was a chance we could get an oil change as we are travelling through with our caravan and our Nissan Patrol was over due for a service.  Very pleasantly surprised that they went and spike to the mechanics and offered to squeeze us in for a full service.  We were then provided with a courtesy car to drop us back to the caravan park and arranged to pick us up when the car was ready.  Everyone very pleasant to deal with. Price was very reasonable too.   Highly recommend.

I walked into the showroom, picked the car I wanted and amazingly I had it delivered within the week. I'd say I was just at the right dealer at the right time. Got a fantastic price on my trade in.  Very happy with the overall experience, service department was great, they even washed my car as well.

Service lady was really nice, another British girl I spoke to on the phone had one of the best phone mannerisms I’ve encountered. Cant say the same for the whole process though. When I booked service I was told it would be about $395 or something close to. Just went to pick up the vehicle and it was over $700. Just deceitful conduct really, I dare say I won’t be returning.

I have to give this Nissan Dealership  service! I took my Nissan to this dealership with complaints of a “funny noise”. Nissan booked my car in for the day to examine the problem at no cost. They drove me home and  picked me up on their bus by the friendly driver Jason. I was contacted that the car needed extensive work - transmission problems. They supplied me with top of the range Xtrail for the week or so that they had my car. I Picked my car up today - no cost . I was always greeted with respect and lovely friendly staff in the office. Sorry I can’t remember the man on front desk that remembered my name - you are Awesome too. Thank-you !Terri H

Nissan replaced one R C gasket.  Within weeks, more oil leaks.  Asked them to check gasket, they wanted to charge me for inspection.  I complained, they checked engine no charge but told me both R C gaskets need replacing, even though they'd replaced one themselves weeks before quoted $1,400.  I took car to an independent mechanic same day, they said leaks not R C gaskets but 2 small plugs which they replaced.  They also did full service on the day, cost $350 total.  No further oil leaks and car running beautifully.  Will never go to a dealership again.

Sales team have victimized us. Finance was not approved, provided documents which were ignored, calls and email ignored. then asked us to sign a document stating " will not buy a new Nissan from another dealer" This is threatening.

Great experience. Had our 100k service done here. Had an issue with the vehicle the following day. No fault of the dealership or mechanics just a bit of bad luck the part failed the day after. The team specifically Andrew was extremely helpful and had incredible customer service. The team diagnosed the issue and had a remedy for us in a very short period of time. They all went above and beyond for us. We will be taking all our vehicles here for the future.

Great Service and the Car arrived early, Martin was fantastic to deal with and had the knowledge about both the vehicles we purchased. All round perfect transaction.
