Very friendly and helpful before we paid the final instalment for our second hand motorhome which they had on consignment from the owner. It was agreed a cracked window was to be replaced. Almost five months later and we’re still waiting, unsurprisingly they don’t want to bother with us any more. I can confirm their after sales service is very poor, as I’d heard from others experience. Make sure you check EVERYTHING before your motorhome leaves their yard!!

Approached in a timely manner. Despite being aware there was no immediate sale pending the staff member who approached us was vety happy to share his knowledge and eager to help. Thank You

So with my $200k in my back pocket I called in to Sunshine State RV to check out the motor homes.  Only had three in stock arguably not their fault given the difficulty with supply chains at the moment but was not permitted to look inside them because it was raining??  Would have happily wiped my feet!  Told to come back another day.

We found the team  of Sean, Clinton and Michael to be very approachable through all aspects of purchase and after sales service.  Any issues or advice we needed was rectified to our satisfaction.  Very happy with our Pinto.

We bought our Sunliner Switch S442 just over 1 year ago from Sunshine State Rv Warana and we absolutely love it. The salesman Clinton was wonderful and very knowledgable. Nothing was a problem and all questions answered. We had our first service recently and Michael was great and went all over the vehicle found a few minor issues but all were rectified at the time of the service. We would recommend Sunshine State RV for your RV needs. Katrina and Steve

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This business does not deliver what they promise!! Delivery was informed to be the first week of June. Nearly two months later and the motorhome is still not completed. The colours selected for the inside were COMPLETELY incorrect from the selection listed on the contract. The colours provided for selection were out of date and not even an option. They didn't supply new plans on the new model and thus customization was not an option. There was a complete lack of communication from Sunshine State RV and followup on all of the above was conducted by the buyer. This review was done on behalf of my parents who are absolutely devastated that their dreams have been shattered by Sunshine State RV. DO NOT BUY FROM SUNSHINE STATE RV!

Staff were very welcoming with lot's of information, and a good selection of caravans on site.

The reception received when we arrived was very good with the added well mannered people who run the business & nicely attired plus being very helpful & obliging

Abysmal product and service.  Would not recommend.
