I could not be happier with the Caravan Repair Centre. All staff I had dealings with were absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful. My job was done very quickly and efficiently. Hi Guys I would like to highly commend the service I received from all your staff especially Bruce who went way above and beyond with helping me out, a competitor told me they could look at my issue until end off October therefore rendering me out of business for 6 WEEKS, care factor [0/0] BRUCE quickly summed up and read my desperation and found the issue and a solution, fixed within a week : then quickly booked me in for a new jockey wheel to replace the faulty wheel that almost fractured both my ankles, i cant thankyo9u guys enough for going way beyond in service and sales with great empathy Paul F
I have absolutely hated my crusader castle triple bunks from the day we purchased our caravan. They were poorly designed which meant that the ladder and sides got easily dirty because the ladder was bolted to the sides and it was made from gritty material which also made it hard to clean. Beds were difficult to make and impossible to take out the matresses in the event the needed to be aired out. Plus it felt stuffy in the bunks.nnI dropped off my van to the caravan repair center and explained that I wanted bed sides which were made of a smooth material so it was easy to clean and easy to access, the team went above and beyond and what I got back was soooooooo much better then I had hoped and the quality of the workmanship, amazing.nnI have attached a before and after photo. I'm so impressed with the outcome and attention to detail!
Five Star Service nTravelling Australia full time it’s always a little worrisome about finding a reputable company, with availability to work on your caravan.nFrom the moment we rang Renee, we were in safe hands.nI was super impressed when the workshop manager rang not long after “drop off” to explain what they found regarding our van’s suspension unexpected issue and the best solution.nEverything was sourced and fixed in the day plus assurance was given with further explanation on pick up.nI fully recommend Caravan Repair Centre on Meridan Way, in the Caloundra area.nIf we are travelling through the region again and needing anything from a full service, a particular repair or just some parts, I would not hesitate to return!!!nThank You Caravan Repair Centre!!!
