Fantastic service from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Green RV, I knew that this was the company I wanted to sell my van. Noel came out to our property 1.5hrs away and collected the van - very friendly with good customer skills. Monday I received a call from Brandan with an offer. He was happy to push them up a little higher for me and the deal was done. From start to finish a total of 6 days - what excellent service!
Recently I needed some last minute work done on my caravan before a long trip. Every member of the team I encountered at Green RV Sunshine Coast were so professional and friendly I was actually shocked. They were so helpful and understanding. The job was done perfectly and faster than I was ever expecting. I would recommend this business to anyone!
Absolutely awful - would give a -100 review if l could. Regent Discoverer Salesperson Andrew Bielicki. Andrew claimed the product was Australian made. Designed, manufactured and constructed for 30 years in Australia. Regents are a 30 year old Australian owned company”. Extras were also agreed: the 1 x DO35 Tow Hitch has not been fitted extra safety item. Sold with an item that they cannot supply. Van to have 12 months rego at date of pick up. Picked up Van on the 29/10/201. Find out on 01/11/2021 no rego. Contacted Greens, promises someone from Forest Glen will personally go to TMR and rego. Told it didn't have to be rego at time of pick had 14 days to register the van. Advised Greens this is incorrect new van has to be registered. Told Greens if van had finance, the van would have to be registered for any finance company to settle the purchase we paid cash for the van it still had to be registered. Complaint to TMR 11/11/2021,confirmed still not registered, no paperwork filed, illegal to drive the van and CTP on van. 12/11/2021 Andrew followed up again he advised there is interim label on front window of van. Impossible this window actually has locked cover over it. Advised interim label on the the van door. Again a lie. Andrew ’its okay to drive the van if pulled up by police just show them sale contract, she’ll be right”. The vehicle was regod on the 12/11/2021 back dated to 20/10/2021 which is not 12 months rego. Van has electrical issues, tripping power, fridge now has a fault. Warranty claim lodged on 11/11/2021,electrician attend fridge has more than likely blown up, van has a major electrical fault. Followed up for days, no calls were returned. 14/11/2021 contacted the office advised Joanna that Andrew had not returned any calls. Advised Joanna Andrew claimed Regent vans are designed, manufactured and constructed for 30 years in Australia. Regents are a 30 year old Australian owned company”. Joanna incorrect, vans are made in China. Advised Joanna that it was made clear to Andrew that would only buy Australian made. Joanna advised that this is incorrect, Andrew misled us and had numerous complaints about Andrew. Advised Joanna that the van had been looked at by an electrician and has a major electrical fault and based on all the issues to date want full refund. Joanna advised she would have Andrew call that day to arrange. Andrew called discussed the concerns/issues admitted that he has misled regarding van made in China. Agreed a refund would be arranged to put it in writing in an email, he will arrange for Joanna to process refund. Email was sent on the 14/11/2021. There have been numerous calls/emails with various staff and manufacturer Amber Jane. Amber Jane advised misled by Andrew and previous complaints. Amber-Jane made comments if a full refund was issued they would have to deregister the van and fix it and then sell it second hand and they would lose money. I fail to see how this is our issue. To date no refund and another electrician diagnosed the van advised major electrical fault. Regent offered to bodge up the electrical fault by running conduit through the van and cupboards which will be an eyesore, take up cupboard space. Not acceptable new van has never been used. Amber Jane made comments the van structure needs time to settle. Fail to see how that will fix a major electrical fault. Further inspections of the van. The metal leg on the awning is bent, has never been used. Pictures sent to Greens and manufacturer only to be advised, that must have caught on something, it is our fault and to clarify the awning is functional. Not functional has weakened the structure. Further inspection of van faults: Window is cracked, cupboard latch broken, cupboard gas strut is broken, won’t stay open, won’t close correctly. USB power point to charge phones with 12v power does not work. Took van for a drive to see if other faults to find that the vent cover on outside catching wind almost blew off. Used the van on the 18/12/2021. Microwave fell off shelf during transit, latch broken.
If you are looking for a new or used caravan, you need to visit Green RV and you will be impressed and thrilled with the quality of their vans and the quality of their service! We just got home from purchasing our latest caravan and it was an absolute pleasure from meeting Greg the sales guy, to Callum the Sales and Handover guy, the team that cleaned and detailed the van great job guys! and mechanic team that fitted the towing gear and made sure that everything worked. This is an outstanding team and nothing was too much trouble. Parts were ordered, warranties transferred, safety certificate, gas certificate and even the registration transfer taken care of. I am not easily impressed but, I recognise and appreciate a great team that definitely have their act together! Well done guys and girls! When we buy our next van, Green RV will be our first stop. Thank you all.
A big thank you to Dave who went above and beyond to make the purchase of our Snowy River SRC-21 so easy. A couple of minor issues were fixed quickly. We are very happy with our van and the service we got from Green RV
We recently purchased a second hand 17'6 pop top caravan from the Forrest Glen Green RV. Sales, Jarred explained everything we needed to know very well and so friendly, Callan who did the hand over went out of his way to make sure everything was good for us to take over the van, and with a few things that needed fixing, Alex was extremely helpful in service and everything that needed fixing was carried out with a courteous and professional manner. There were a few things we noticed that needed fixing after we had it home, a phone call to Green RV Forrest Glenn and they said bring it back and we will fix them for you, which they did with no hesitation. I have never dealt with any business in my 72 years of life that has been as friendly and helpful as this company. with the friendliness helpful approach they have to customer service they will grow to be a well known company Australia wide, we are already recommending them to fellow travellers. Bought my first ever caravan from these guys and what an amazing experience it was! It was such a HUGE purchase for me and I was very anxious but everyone made me feel so comfortable from start to finish! We went for a 2nd hand van - it was detailed beyond perfection for pick up and Calum did a very thorough handover for us so us novices now know how to work everything! Gosh he knows his stuff! So much better than buying privately! I would 1000% recommend these guys!!! One very happy "camper" :
While initially we were very pleased with the service we received. However I believe this place has gone in the opposite direction. Firstly we were sold a lemon and because we were novices we never picked up things like we now would. Ryan did stand behind us initially and repaired a lot of issues but nearly a year later some of the existing problems have arisen and Green RV don’t want know. The area were the slide out extends has developed an existing crack which was supposedly repaired before we took ownership. We have had three fiberglass companies inspect this and they believe it wasn’t fixed right in the first place. Just bodgied up. We have contacted Green RV but to no avail. So thanks Green RV if you are going to do a quick fix to get a sale, your reputation will soon be exposed. We are now up to thousands of dollars to refix and old bodged job.
We called Jarred told him we are coming to look at the van. He had put the van under cover for us to have a look at. Showed us through the van and then left us to look at the van. Came back and he answered all the questions. We found Jarred very friendly and good to deal with. GreenRV on the Sun Shine Coast have a great team. When we picked up the van the staff had the van ready for us to walk through and ready to tow away.
In January 2021 we purchased a new NextGen van from Green RV Forrest Glen made by Network RV and have had nothing but heartache ever since. Network RV have "protocols", so when you have been without hot water for 3 weeks in winter, in a remote area and finally get somewhere to have it fixed, protocol says you must find someone to repair it, but not before he diagnoses the problem and sends an email with photos to Green RV,they then send it on to Network RV then you wait for emails to go back and forth until the repair is approved. We could not wait so had to pay for repairs ourselves. This is just one of many issues we have had. When we had our first service on our new van, there was a van opposite ours and they were having all sorts of issues and not having any joy with what was happening, the lady was crying, I didn't understand at the time, but really do now. All I can say to anyone wishing to purchase a new NextGen van from Green RV Forrest Glen, really look into it beforehand and ask around. I could not recommend them or the makers.
