Big 4 maroochy river holiday park is a great place to stay. Not too far from town, close to bottleshop and pub, coffee shop etc. Across the road from maroochy river, a great fishing spot. Friendly staff, park is small but cosy and most of the people staying here congregate in the early evening around the camp fire near the camp kitchen. A great place to meet new people, have a drink or 3 and a chat, everyone is friendly. Highway close by. If staying in a tuckeroo cabin the main beds are so comfortable and the cabin is roomy too.
We have just spent two months at BIG4 Maroochy River, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.nnThe park is beautifully maintained, the amenities are always clean, and having the laundry facilities on site made long-term camping so much easier. But what really made our stay so special was the incredible team.nnSam in the office is absolutely amazing—always welcoming, friendly and happy to help with anything. Lisa, the groundskeeper, is one of the hardest-working and kindest people Brett and I have had the pleasure of meeting. And a huge shout-out to Jules, who keeps everything spotless. She does an incredible job and is an absolute legend!nnThe whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and the park.nnIf you’re looking for a beautiful caravan park on the Sunshine Coast with fantastic facilities and even better people, we can’t recommend BIG4 Maroochy River highly enough.nnThank you all for making our stay so memorable. Having owned, Managed & now retired stayed in Big4 Parks, this has to rate top of the list!nnStaff are sooo helpful, tractor to position van on site is a must & no doubt saves relationships nnSites: level & the garden beds offer privacy.nnGrounds: lovely & beautifully maintained.nCommunal fireplace with wood supplied was a hit, encouraged some tall stories with fellow campers.nnAmenities: Immaculate in every way.nnThank you, we will return nnGreg Graham & Loneen McLeod
Stayed at Big 4 Maroochy River for only 2 nights on a caravan trip. Would have loved to have stayed an extra few nights but they were booked. Great service by friendly staff. The park was perfect for our needs. Ideal location to get around or to walk or cycle along the river. Amenities were clean and park maintained well. There were social and other activities to participate in but we were limited in time. I would definitely recommend it, especially for those who need a quiet and relaxing environment.
We recently stayed at BIG4 Maroochy River Caravan Park and honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough.nFrom the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding. As newcomers to the park, we were incredibly impressed when a staff member came out with the tractor and expertly helped back our caravan onto the site. It took all the stress out of setting up and made us feel welcome straight away.nThe service didn't stop there. When it was time to leave, the staff were once again there to help us hook up our van, which was greatly appreciated. Nothing seemed too much trouble.nThe park itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The amenities were spotless throughout our stay, with the toilets and showers absolutely immaculate. It's clear the team takes great pride in keeping the facilities in top condition.nWe also loved the fire pits in the evenings – such a fantastic atmosphere and a great place to relax after a day out. The park even hosted a pancake morning for guests. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to attend, but it's a wonderful touch that shows how much effort the park puts into creating a great experience for visitors.nOverall, the combination of friendly, helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, excellent facilities and welcoming atmosphere made this one of the best caravan parks we've stayed at. We will definitely be back and highly recommend BIG4 Maroochy River Caravan Park to anyone looking for a fantastic caravan park experience
