A bit too over priced for the value you get and rooms are a little out dated but it's located in a nice area.

A little disappointed in our holiday here. My family and I where looking forward to relaxing on the beach hiring kayaks and stand-up-paddle boards but we where told that they don't hire anymore. Was quite shocked to be asked for an additional $20 for the linen for the kids beds. Had to ask for an exchange because it smelt like it had not been washed. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything you might need. Heaps of hot water too. Undercover parking is only for full time residents which is one of the many things on their website which is false. Waterfront bungalows are about 200mt from the main road (David Low Way) and the traffic noise is terrible from 430am onwards. No remote for the TV or DVD, office said they can't help. Bought a second hand remote and left it behind. My family and I are not hard to please but we like to get what we paid for. Good size bathrooms

No service. Dirty grounds. Lack of amenities. Mud lake. Speeding cars. Dead grass. Noisy Tennants.

Bungalow was clean and tidy, staff were nice Whole park extremly run down including bungalow , web site said had air con which the one we had didnt and the wifi didnt work.
