Comfortable, clean with helpful friendly Matt as host.I am spending three nights there happily. Budget priced & quiet. I recommend  Riverpark Motel.I'll be back😊

From the time we booked until we checked out, we were very impressed.  The room was extremely clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds.  The manager (I think his name was Matt) was very friendly and helpful.  He seems very hard-working but nothing was too much trouble.  Highly recommend this motel!

We we’re looking for the cheapest accomodation for a spontaneous trip to sunshine coast to go fishing. Since we booked it on the day, the price almost doubled, otherwise , we had a great time. We enjoyed fishing, and was able to get breakfast from the sunday market just few steps away. Room and toilet was clean, Beds are ok, (I just hate that the bigger bed is just right next to the entrance.)
