The range of Caravans is first class, however, after sales service is non existent and embarrassing to say the least. The service manager "lost" his diary with our contact details. Two weeks later he "lost" the piece of paper with our contact details. He then failed to order parts I was paying for. Now the same guy failed to call me again and then failed to show up for an appointment the following day. The service manager has no service and no clue.
Today we picked up our new Manta Ray MR19ER and everything was absolutely excellent. The van was spotless, there was no rush to check it out Nick went through in detail all the features and Mark and Rob helped with making sure we knew about hitching up. Anthony and Zoe in the office were so welcoming and the lovely touch of putting a pillow in the van with a Robbie Williams picture I am a huge fan was unbelievable. These are an excellent group of people so glad we purchased a New Age from them cannot recommend them highly enough.
Not happy when you book your caravan in for its first service at Sunshine Coast and three days later get told they have merged with Gold Coast. Tried ringing both dealership and can not get through.
fantastic service and great staff . Nothings too much trouble to this business.
