Stayed at the holiday park in our caravan during October long weekend was very busy the amenities were clean. With the river at one end and the beach at the other and the weather was great that is where everyone was down on the water. We went down and swam and played in the sun for a couple of hours great to relax. Next time we will book earlier and ask for a water front view.nAcross the road a few cafes, shops and a butchers all walking distance. Had dinner at the club near by nice club and great food.

We camped close to the beach and it was awesome to hear the waves all night. Great park, very clean, no mosquitoes or sandflies where we camped in the tent sites. The amenities were always clean, great hot showers with plenty of water pressure. We went during the week and it was great, fairly quiet and lots of room. Will definitely come back again, we had a great time.

We stayed at Cotton Tree Holiday Park on a powered site near the waterfront, and it was the perfect spot for us. We arrived just in time for sunset and couldn’t have asked for a better view.nnThe whole park felt peaceful and not overcrowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Every facility was spotless — bathrooms, kitchens, and shared areas were all exceptionally clean and well-kept. I absolutely loved the PIN access for the bathrooms; it made me feel safe and secure, especially when heading there at night.nnHaving direct access to the waterfront was a real treat, and we enjoyed relaxing in the sand just steps from our site. The park is also in an ideal location with restaurants, cafés, and the town all within close reach.nnHighly recommend Cotton Tree Holiday Park for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and perfectly located stay by the water.

I want to say; Don’t go here!  Because the less you all go and stay the more sites available for us to choose from. It’s probably our favorite park to stay at.  Perfect location.  You have everything at your fingertips.nnThere are lots of different sites and most are hit or miss on what youll get. Some sites need fixing up others have had new slab and power outlet.  Some are just old  & junky looking.  I So wish parks allowed you to choose a specific site online during booking process.nnSome waterfront sites are better than others but most are crammed in with limited space.  The tent waterfront sites are tops.   Except if there’s rain wind etc.  then you should book somewhere else

Pos:Beautiful spot on Cotton Tree beach, cyrstal clear calm waterways great for kids!nViews and sunsets are one of the best on this coastline.nUnfortunatley was $80 for an out of season non powerd stand! And after taking the money they never left a late checkin entry, so could not get in after 5pm.
