Stayed here for the first time during school holidays last week. This must be one of the best campsites we have stayed at so far if not the best. Its location to beach, shops, coffee shops pretty much everything is perfect. The staff at the desk and the staff that were maintaining the bathrooms and common areas were very friendly and the campsite was always kept in amazing condition.nnOur kids always felt safe, and we felt the same for them and so many kids around they made a lot of friends too.nnWe will be back for sure and hoping to lock in next sept school holidays again.nnvery happy CampernnColin
Have been bringing our kids here since they were little from a little tent to a caravan.nIn 2020 we had hired a caravan for hubbys birthday and stayed here too.nHubby and I bought a caravan our first trip at Cotton Tree has been amazing in it.nWould highly recommend.nService and price has been absolutely wonderful.
What an amazing park. First of all big shout out to staff at marochydoore who couldn’t fit us in but suggested this gem which could. Staff at front desk were amazing, friendly and accommodating. Park is small but location perfect. Our 9 and 10yr old boys loved being so close to the beach. Amenities spotless. Lots of handy caravan accessories available at office as well! 10/10
I love this place. It’s fantastic for families who love to get out and about.nThe entire park is well looked after.nThe cleaning crews must be subcontractors as I saw them come in and clean the amenities, and I must say, they do a wonderful job.nThe staff are incredibly helpful and very welcoming and I love that they get in food trucks also.nnThe ONLY problem I have noticed is that due to the narrow roads the the park, it can be a very big challenge to get larger vans into the sites, but ones you get that part out of the way, it’s certainly all relax and unwind.nnBig fan
DO NOT book here in groups.nMy family booked a couple sites together in close proximity as we have young children a couple months in advance.nUpon arrival we were told we cannot guarantee sites and as such our sites were moved apart and unfortunately we could not spend evenings together due to young children asleep. Put a real dampener on a holiday we had looked forward to.nNot even a sorry from reception.
