Overall we think this place a great! Roof top BBQ area is a fantastic addition. The pool area was very nice with spa and rock pools. Gym overlooking with sauna. The room was in good condition. Unfortunately we thought we were given an ocean view room. However a small amount of ocean was visible. The vicinity to everything is great. 200m from beach. Lots of restaurants and take away around. Walking distance to coles and many other specialty shops. Underworld World (now called Sea Life) is right around the corner. The staff are nice are friendly and helpful. Parking is more than adequate with 2 basements. Free WiFi with our stay. Booked through Discovery Queensland for a very reasonable price. Would come back again.

Yes, it's a little dated but the room was spacious with a nice useable balcony, well appointed kitchen and laundry and a comfortable bed. Good air-con. Quiet despite it being near the beach and restaurants.

Cons: Rooms are a bit dated. Door handles keep falling off. When we arrived TV did not work. Staff were unable to fix for 2 day of our 4 day stay. They eventually got a new TV for the unit. Foxtel then did not work. Only Free to Air was available. (They do go out of their way to market that they have foxtel channels) Pros: Good location. Close to beach. Price was good for 3 nights.

Needs a clean around the pool or just a good pressure wash. Rooms are good could do with kitchen update and bathroom and ventilation fan in the bathroom and toilet. Overall it's a great location and accommodation

Firstly I can see why its 3.7 stars. If you just want a quick place to stay/ that is close to the beach and cafes/restuarants come here . If you have high standards or expectations don't bother. Service was ok. They were attentive-ish. When i spoke with them in regards to the dirtiness of the rooms and the lighting issue. They only fixed the lighting issue. Rooms specious-ish. However dirty.The ceiling fan had dust. The air ducts/vents had dust. The curtains had stains which i spoke to them about and they did nothing in that regard. One of the rooms had lighting coming in during the night from the hallway their solution was plastic bag and tape. Not going to lie it did fix the problem. For bedding we got a sheet and fleece blanket. The bed was uncomfortable due to being hard. The walls and furniture all need a fresh coat and revamping. There was parking for visitors. How ever quite narrow had a few near misses. I have noticed in all reviews that management have the same theme. Blaming the owners of the units and not taking repsonsibility that its their name going through the mud and its them that we are dealing with. Its not Mr and Mrs jones apartment 6 its Carabean resorts apartment 6. Please see photos. Not happy with accomodation, but hey you live and learn.
